Ever so Untrue

This wind that whispers quietly in my ear,
It speaks of tales that dare I fear.
I believe the wind knows what troubles my heart,
For many times it has has teased at what tears it apart.

People say the wind is kind,
That it's got a whole heart and an open mind.
They say it full of happy stories,
And can chase away your deepest worries.

Not so, many others would say.

For many have not met the wind,
They have not heard it's evil tales,
Nor have they seen what trouble it brings.

The wind is evil thing indeed,
And shall you ever come across it, it will plant a dark seed,
A seed that would quite quickly turn heart dreadfully black.
And so I agree, you must avoid the wind.

ust as my world caved in,
You were there to save me,
To save me from everything Ive done wrong, all my dreadful sins.
I thank you for being my Saviour.

You've dried my tears,
When I felt hurt and distraught,
You saved me from, my weary fears.
I thank you, Lord, for being my Saviour

You've told me it'd be alright,
When I was shaking with dread,
When I was full of fright from the cold at night,
I thank you, Dear Lord, for being my Saviour.

Time and time after the other,
Your their.
Forever and ever.
I thank you, My Dear Lord, for being my heavenly Saviour.

I wish you were here

I wish you were here

I feel so alone,
Here on my own,
I tried to find my way,
To the place where once you would say,

"It's ok, it's alright,
Don't fear, you'll make it through the night"

I wish for you again,
The place where you have been,
Where you would hold me tight,
And speak of no fear in sight,

"Do not worry,
I'll protect you. Of this you cannot be sorry"

Ya, you've been gone for long,
And I wish you could hear,
Me tell you I know you weren't wrong,
When you whispered in my ear

"I love you, with all my heart,
We'll never trully be apart"

I know you love me,

But I still wish you were here.

A duet of two

Once, in time, quite many centuries ago,
There was a duet.
A duet of two, that all would play
Most nights, and certainly all day.

Beautiful was the song,
And children of two would sing along,
Following the melody,
And dancing ahappily.
